I used The Fresh Test as a natural alternative for my gestational diabetes screening, and I can’t recommend it enough. Compared to the traditional glucose drink loaded with artificial dyes and chemicals, this felt like such a healthier, more thoughtful option. Pros: -It’s seriously delicious — I was honestly surprised how good it tasted, especially for something with 50g of glucose. -Only three ingredients, which gave me peace of mind during pregnancy. -Super easy to use — just mix it with 10 oz of water and drink it within 5 minutes (I used a shaker bottle and had no problems). A few heads-ups (not really cons, just things to know): -You do have to pay for it out of pocket, unlike the standard drink your lab gives you. -Even though my OB approved it, the lab tech still had to check with her supervisor before letting me use it, which was a little annoying (but not the product’s fault at all). -You need to bring your own water and something to mix it with — unless you buy the pre-mixed version, which costs more. Overall: I’ll definitely use The Fresh Test again if I’m blessed with another pregnancy. It made a part of the process I was dreading feel totally manageable and even kind of enjoyable. Knowing exactly what I was putting into my body made all the difference.

Great! My dr approved this since it has 50g of glucose. Although my dr wanted to lie and say this has the same ingredients you can clearly check both products and see this one is much much cleaner! Its mixes up easily, I had no left over grit/powder/residue. I pay out of pocket for most of my medical things so the price was worth it to me. Also tastes great. You have 5min to drink it and I gulped it down in 2 sips. Lovely product for an alternative

Chose this over the glucola and really enjoyed it. Tasted good and was a lot easier on my body. No jitteriness, dissolved easily, and I felt like it was good value for the price. 5 stars!!

I used The Fresh Test powder drink mix for my glucose test with approval from my midwife, and the taste honestly wasn’t bad at all. It felt like a healthier alternative compared to the one typically given at the doctor’s office. Easy to drink and much more pleasant than expected. Hopefully I won’t need to purchase it again 😂 but I would recommend it to other moms looking for an alternative option.

So much better than the doctor’s office glucola drink!! While it wasn’t terrible, the orange drink they gave me at my 1 hour test made me feel shaky, hot, and irritable for the rest of the day. For the 3 hour, I bought The Fresh Test and it was amazing!! It tastes DELICIOUS, like something you actually want to drink for fun. It dissolves completely and isn’t syrupy at all. I wasn’t shaky at all and had only very mild nausea for the first hour that came and went when I would stand up and sit down. I felt basically normal for the second two hours. I took a nice long nap when I got home but otherwise felt like myself! 100g of sugar is a lot but The Fresh Test makes it sooo much more tolerable.

Tasted like reviews I had seen that said chick fil a lemonade! Honestly tasted good lol! Took it for my glucose test. Instructions were clear and it mixed well!

I had to do the 3 hour glucose test, I used this instead of the drink the doctor supplies. It tasted good, not minty or over powering. The drink did not make me feel funky at all.
