it sticks to all dry surfaces and even withstands some wetness and is reusable. truly my favorite weather tape.

Honestly, I have never tried packing tape on my windows. The tape I put up last winter is still in place! Decided to keep it on several windows for the summer to keep out the heat. Just chose not to open those. It definitely held the draft. It was noticeable. I would definitely use again.
