The cleats are well made and eay to fit.
The cleats are very easy to fit to, even to a new pair of shoes that need the cleadt positioning correctly.Sadly with everything modern cheaper materials are being used, instead of a pair of metal cleats last 5 or more years, these new ones will wear down quickly if you have to walk for any length of time.

Simple and Accessible Cleats
I have now bought these cleats twice. Once in 2012 and now again in 2020.As with all cleats, if you look after them they will last a long time. The last pair finally started to split the plastic a few months ago. Not bad for 8 years of medium use.The product arrived quickly and was easy to install. The 5 degrees of rotation is great for me as my feet tend to overpronate!
