GROM Audio AUX1 Aux-Input Auxiliary Adapter Interface Kit for 01+ VOLVO S40 V40 S60 S70 V70 S80 XC70 with HU radio

I've never written a view before but this time just felt I had to.Basically this is exactly what I was looking for the HU850 in my Volvo S60 2005.It was very easy to fit, took me less than thirty minutes from start to finish.I didn't bother disconnecting the battery just simply used those pinch type splitters to connect the yellow lead on the Grom to the red lead on the back of the stereo and then the black lead on the Grom to the brown lead on the stereo. It was then just a question of threading the jack lead through the back of the push release cup holder and refitting the consul. Only tool required was a size 25 Torque (star shaped) screw driver,When I'm not using the Grom I simply curl up the lead and leave it in the cup holder, which I still have the use of.The sound quality with both my LG V500 tablet and the Galaxy S4 phone is awesome....oh and it works with the volume control on the steering wheel.One very happy bunny :)
