Q: My wound will take about a month to heal. Does it can be used repeatedly for such a long time?

Yes it can, I have been using mine now for about 4 weeks & it is still working fine, no leaks at all. I do put on & remove it only using the blue rubber ends, also let dry on a drying rack.

Q: Can this waterproof leg cast cover withstand hot water? can i use it in the hot water in the bathtub?

In my opinion it's made for the shower not the tub, I've only used it outside the tub so far and it works great.

Q: Has anyone experienced it and can wear it with one hand?

I had to pull the plastic off with my other hand and it was tight when I put my hand through it. After a few times it was much easier, probably because I got used to it. Each time I was very careful to pull the cast onto my hand, which is where I performed the surgery. Not one leak during this time, very good product.

Q: Is it durable? How about the quality?

Foot remained dry during shower. It has kept my bandages nice and dry. So far so good! Highly recommend.
