Excellent: It Just Works (Ubuntu)
I plugged it into my Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS system, which has been running stand-alone for months. The kernel recognized this USB/WiFi device on the first try, and I am able to move the computer tothe garage lab. No more ginormous extension cables needed. It was very good, considering that I have tried a variety of other methods of getting connectivity, andmostly got frustrated.

Works with Bazzite Out of the Box
Bought this to add wifi to an older computer that I am using to experiment with Bazzite. I plugged it in to my computer and it found my network out of the box, no driver updates needed. I have good connection speeds, even though my router is in the next room from the computer. Recommended.

Works great with MX Linux on old IBM T60 ThinkPad
I'm upgrading my 2006-era IBM T60 ThinkPad laptop while also learning MX Linux, a Debian-based distribution. I wanted to add a wireless USB adapter. Online research indicated that many brands of adapters were difficult (for a Linux noob) to install on Debian-based OS's. On the other hand, I learned that Panda Wireless AC600 Model PAU0B adapters were pretty much plug and play on Debian-based distros. I bought one and installed it. I contacted Panda Wireless technical support who helped me find the right app in MX Linux to activate the adapter. Yes, the adapter is pretty much plug and play. No fiddling around in Linux terminal. Compared to the built-in wifi, the AC600 Model PAU0B adapter is 5x faster in downloads and about 18x faster in uploads. Also, a shout out to technical support. They were very responsive and helpful.

Disappointed with the Panda Wireless® PAU0B AC600 – Stopped Working After 9 Months
Disappointed with the Panda Wireless® PAU0B AC600 – Stopped Working After 9 MonthsI ordered the Panda Wireless® PAU0B AC600 Dual Band USB Adapter on January 25, 2024, and initially, it worked well across both Windows 10 and Ubuntu. However, as of today, October 21, 2024, the adapter has completely stopped functioning. The major issues: No warning signs or noticeable degradation—just stopped working entirely. This product did not meet my expectations for reliability, especially given its broad OS support. I was hoping for at least a year of solid performance, but it couldn’t even last 9 months. I wouldn’t recommend this adapter if you need a durable, long-term wireless solution.

Linux compatible.
I picked this up for my Linux machine, as it was recommended online as being supported.I'm running mint Linux the current version. The machine picked up the unit without a problem, and was able to connect online but not a problem.
