Does this german published version really have the english manual? Also, is there german or english on the cards?

My copy of Fungi came with English and German instructions. The playing cards mushroom names are in Latin. Excellent game

Does this coms with walking stick figure as well as the frying pan figure? instead of a paper token to represent those?

Fungi sticks and pans are represented with cards.. However there are people that make pans and sticks on Etsy if you really want them however they add no difference to the playability of the game. I prefer the cards rather than fiddly tokens myself.

How does this compare to Jaipur? Are they different enough to keep them both?

Yes definitely different. Both great games. My wife and I probably play this one more.

What size are the cards please

Pretty standard size. A bit shorter than an iPhone 5 if you can imagine
