This is my second bottle I have purchased from Gaya and I can't see myself using any other product.I'm a bit of a sucker for packaging and the design of this is just beautiful, it has a very luxurious feel with gold foiling details and the blue of the actual product is 100% true to the photographs.The product itself feels very gentle around my eye area and makes removing my heavy mascara and eyeliner very easy indeed. You also only need a small amount so this product lasts a long time.A big selling point for me is that this is a cruelty free company and uses no ingredients that are derived from animals.This product really is worth the money!Thanks Gaya💕

This product came quickly, but I was disappointed and confused to see that it did not say it was aneyemakeup remover, and there was no reference to "waterproof". It was simply marked "makeup remover" without any specification. It may be anything and egetything which does not inspire confidence,It is essential to know what things are for. It does work on eyeshadow, but I could not remove my gel eyeliner mark. I do not find it particularly gentle. Please reassure me that what I got is eye makeup remover, and not a general remover. The bottle ought to be ordered properly. I am waiting for your comments. Thank you

Haven't ever written a review before but this product is so bad! Stay away, Generic make-up remover not specially for eyes! Stings eyes and very drying. Made my eyes look very dry, wrinkly and added 10 years on. Does not match information given on Amazon - box is blank, no instructions. Doesn't mention eyes. Only says make up remover - harsh chemicals.

1st time I've bought this make-up remover and would definitely recommend. Don't need to use much to remove a whole face of make-up and don't need to rub hard just sweep over face. I didn't find it oily or irritating like some other reviewers. I will definitely be buying this again

Bought this mainly to remove eye make-up but I needed to rub quite hard to get the make-up off and it is very oily. My eyes felt yucky after using it. I agree with other reviewers that it's odd the packaging doesn't refer to it as an eye make-up remover even though the advertising does. I tried it on the rest of my face and it leaves an oily deposit even after wiping off. The instructions actually suggest you use a cleanser after which would seem to defeat the object. Skin does feel quite smooth after but too messy for me, and not cheap.

Bit more expensive than my usual product but slowly trying to become more `animal' responsible and this product is completely free of testing and ingredients! Great product as well, so worth paying the extra - feels luxurious and love shaking to combine the oils and water - my waterproof makeup is removed easily and leaving my eye area soft, completely cleansed and moisturised.

This doesn't work as well as other products. It can leave my face feeling greasy. The product is split in two. I assume it is water on the top and the make up removed underneath. You have to shake well before use but even then the two layers don't really mix.

It caused a bad reaction to my eyes (see picture). The reaction started within a few minutes and the picture was taken after 3 days of having the problem. This is not what I expect from an expensive Vegan product.
