The best hing I've used in recent memory
Hing sellers are cheats. They buy hing from Afghanistan or wherever they get it from and then dilute it with flour. Over the years, theyve reached a point where there isnt enough hing in the entire box to give your tadka the character you want. Urban platter's hing is at least one order of magnitude less diluted. Its currently the best hing you can buy, unless you regularly go to Afghanistan.
