Someone recommended these to keep my CGM in place, and they have worked amazingly. Yeah, I usually have to replace it once or twice in a 15 day period, but they still work very well to A) keep the device in place B) keep it from getting wet and C) keep it from collecting dirt. I'm very happy with this product.

Stays on really well and wasn't terrible to take off. Made me feel comfortable enough to shower/swim without worrying about infection.

Works great over estrogen patch

These dressings are fantastic! The dressings stay in place and doesn’t come off by themselves even when worn in the shower. Very effective & money saving product compared to traditional bandages.

I bought this to go over my estradiol patch because I sweat a lot and I did not want it to fall off. I live in a very hot and humid climate. The first one I put on was so big, that it just felt awkward because my patch is as small as a postal stamp. This next one I cut in half and it was perfect. So far they both have lasted the required 3.5 days that I have to keep my patch on. I have taken showers, and sweated. And this bandage has not moved! I would definitely recommend, especially for the small patches like HRT, or even NRT (you would have to change one daily, but it would keep it on which may help you stop smoking)!

I use these tegaderm bandages to go over my weekly HRT estradiol patches. They have really helped to keep them on during bathing and I think help the patch deliver the meds more consistently. Before using tegaderm, I was experience occasional night sweats- right before it was time to change it. Now, no more night sweats. I do rotate placement and that helps. It sticks well for a whole week. I use rubbing alcohol on the area selected and let it dry before placing patch and tegaderm.

I used the Nexcare Tegaderm Waterproof Transparent Dressing to keep a glucose sensor in place and it worked wonders. I have used a glucose sensor for over 3 years and, sometimes, the adhesive on the sensor fails doe to sweat during certain activities, causing the sensor to fall and having to be replaced. The Tegaderm patch has helped me keep the sensor in place in many occasions. The waterproof adhesive works wonders even during the most rigorous activities and, in turn, I save a lot of money on sensors as well.
