Great product

I have this on repeat I'm that happy with it, warning it will give you gas, so if you don't want embarrassing moments don't take so much but as a nurse that's part of the healing your gut process, if that's why your buying it them you've baught the right product. I would start with 1 scoop full then work your way up to 3. It does what it says. I would recommend it for healing your gut bacteria up.

All information on tub is in Swedish so need to look up on line.

Dissolves immediately in cold water. I haven't used it in cooking. I found the best and easiest way is to mix in water and drink. Neutral taste not unpleasant slightly sweet.

I use inulin everyday as I have acid reflux and find it beneficial. However this tub comes with no english instructions on the package and the scoop enclosed twice the size of any other scoop I have had with other makes therefore with one scoop am using much more. Won't buy again as has a sharp taste when I mix into my juice.

English Translation Would Be Nice

Prompt delivery, large quantity for the price but would be nice to have product info in English as it's all in German. You can get basic instructions on dosage from Amazon description but no info on the ingredients or nutritional values. Haven't taken for long enough to notice any difference yet.

Not so sweet just functional

I purchased this as a sweetening aid but I can't see that it does that - also, I assumed it was vegan but it states it may contain traces of milk, egg etc.
