Adult Peanut Butter and Jelly Costume

I really liked these costumes. They are funny and unique yet require no work. The backsides have little going on and when we were separated some people didn't quite know what each of were but when together it was definitely a big hit. The print was quite realistic looking and the fit would accommodate many sizes and shapes.

The costume fit both my wife(4'11 120lbs) and me (5'11 320lbs). The costume seemed durable enough. The biggest disappointment was that the peanut butter looks like mustard. I don't know that I would buy again as a result.

My husband and I bought these because our children really wanted us to dress up with them. We had a hard time finding a couple's costume that was both affordable and family-friendly, but this one is perfect! After reading all of the reviews, I was concerned about things like it fitting awkwardly over someone like me who is very busty, or the peanut butter and jelly images being less vibrant than pictured. I was worried for nothing. This costume fits great on any body type, and is soft and comfortable. The images are bright, and no one had any trouble telling what we were. We got tons of compliments!

The Photos are completely misleading. In the photos, they show as a nice vibrant color of the peanut butter and jelly.However, the colors were so very dull when we received them. Yes, it's a nice idea and concept...but the execution of theproduct is poor...from a visual stand point. The material is flimsy, but you kinda have to expect that with a HalloweenCostume. I was just expecting a better quality.

Remember last year when you went John’s Halloween party dressed as that obscure reference from that foreign film. You really liked the costume, until no one else understood what you were supposed to be. My husband and I wore these and they fit well, we are not small people. Everyone got a kick out of them and kept asking “where’s the jelly/PB” if we weren’t together. Costumes did not have writing on the back mentioned in other reviews.

It looks great! The collar is a little itchy, but it will be fine over a turtleneck on Halloween night

I have to say I am not pleased with the product at all. It came a day later than it was guaranteed, so I almost had to miss my event. I was just typing an email about canceling the order when the package was dropped off. It got to me only an hour before the event and it looks NOTHING like how it is depicted online! It seems like more of a bulky foam shirt than a piece of bread, and the peanut butter and jelly do not look as real as depicted. The jelly is red and pink, not purple at all. We had to use the product because we had no time to purchase anything else. It was very disappointing. We kept being asked what the costume was supposed to be. It wasn't possible to leave less than 1 star.😞

Fit is good but they are a lot flimsier than I expected (hence in the picture their arms are up)

The border (the crust) on the bread is unfortunately just a flat color, so from the side it really doesn't look like bread (the textured look is only on the front and back). This is a good product if bought at a cheap price (sometimes prices can fluctuate quite a bit, so look up the price history if the price looks too high). If there are wrinkles in the costume you can use steam to get them out (I would not directly iron the product as the textured look is printed on and it is made of a synthetic material), if you don't have a steamer just use the steam button on the iron and hold it close to the material).

The other reviews on these costumes are definitely accurate. The jam really doesn’t look like jam and looks like just smeared blood (but hey, it does the trick) but we returned them as they are SO bulky. It wasn’t as bad on my fiancé but on me I definitely couldn’t of worn it out..... it sticks out sooo far. Great costume ideas but they definitely need to make them a bit slimmer so they are comfortable! Just imagine wearing a big box basically lol

Not bad for the price you pay! Super easy costume! Everyone thought our costume was really funny. Like other reviewers mentioned, the jam kind of looks like guts spread over toast, but such is life.
