You definitely need a perfectly flat pan, otherwise, they'll leak underneath, even when getting the pan nice and hot first.

its horrific, ok. so i followed all the instructions, watched the youtube videos... its too light. the ingredients fall through the gap between the silicone and the pan. if it had a bit of weight to it then i recon it would have worked ok. bit of a waste of money ....
