I have bought these MULTIPLE times. These are my favorite. This brand is my favorite. I have no issues with them at all and the vitamin content beats a lot of others. No stomach issues, no run down feeling. I will take these until I find something better. They don't really have a taste because I swallow them quickly...I don't let pills linger in my mouth to really "taste" them. Great buy. Give it a try.

Have taken for many years. they are on the larger side and have a strong taste so be warned. I don’t mind either of those. They do well on an empty stomach too. I think the quality is overall great.

THE best vitamin I've ever taken! Within a week I had more energy and many of my issues disappeared. Our food just isn't cutting it in terms of nutrients. This vitamin definitely helps fill in the gaps and gave my body nutrients it was missing. So obvious.

Bad taste and a bigger size pill but over all seems to be working well. My hair and nails are doing amazing on it

My favorite multivitamin of all time! Dietician approved. I can feel notable changes in my energy if I miss a day, my body definitely gets a lot of what it needs every day now. The tablet is a little smaller than it used to be which is a bonus. Good, clean vitamin.

Great brand! I’ve been taking these for over 2 years. My bloodwork has always been fine, as I eat well, but I take these for good measure. I’m VERY sensitive to vitamins/supplements, and every multivitamin I’ve tried in the past has given me a stomach ache, but I take this in the mornings on an entirely empty stomach, and I do intermittent fasting so my stomach will stay empty for about 6 hours, and I’ve had zero issues. Some multivitamins have a horrendous taste, especially if you burp after taking them. These are entirely tasteless, they just have that classic multivitamin smell (more subtle than many). FYI, these do not break fasts, so you can take them if you also do intermittent fasting for health or weight loss reasons. Ask your doctor though if you’re fasting for any other reasons, such as bloodwork, surgery, etc. I’ve gotten fasting bloodwork while having taken these in the AM, per my doctor’s approval, but please still confirm with yours!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:The best multivitamin I have ever taken. This regulated my period. I noticed I had zero pms. I felt good and I loved taking it on an empty stomach. My period moved from 24days to 27days after I started taking this. I buy for both parents too 55+ and they love it
