Dried out didn't work, but less than half did and we couldn't replace it so we were stuck

Tiny white dots work in watercolor paintings

This white is opaque enough that I can use the dots in watercolor pictures. The dots do some things in ocean pictures that cannot be done with watercolor and brush because the war colors are pick up the color underneath them.
