In fact when sciatica hit and I could barely stand to do anything, this was all I used alongside a wet flannel.I loved the rose version but that seems to have disappeared from all the shops. But this one stepped in and did just as well.I have used this under tinted balm and it was fine. But I don't wear much make up anyway at the moment. I feel like I'd have to use half the jar to apply the thick layer it recommends, but there's really no need to anyway. It's very long-lasting, even through a full night's sleep.The smell is nice.
