You have to provide your own feet. There are 2 insoles in the package.

Q: If you had success for Achilles tendonitis, what was the height of the inserts you used? .6 or 1 inch?

I started with the 1 inch and when my achilles tendonitis felt better I switched to the lower insole. These work! The best my heels have felt in 2 years.

Q: What's the difference between small and large?

Thank you for your question. The length and width of the small is 4.3 and 2.4 inch, the large is 4.5 and 2.6 inch. The height depends on which one you need.

Q: Are they for Men or Women or both?

The heel lift insoles fit equally well in both men's and women's footwear.
