Light weight protection easy to carry.
Does the job without the weight. Wheels make it even easier. An additional handle at the top (like you get on wheelie travel cases) would make them even easier to handle. Only time will tell on how durable they are as the thin foam rubber lining is already showing some signs of deterioration after only 2 gigs and I think it could rip quite easily.

Good quality great price
Purchased for my son to transport his art and drawing materials. Other cases have proved not up to this task, this one is perfect. A absolute bargain for price. Thinking of ordering the ‘tool/vanity’ box for myself as a sewing box.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY
Overall looks ok. Wheels are plastic, for the price you would expect better wheels. Latches are ok. (Not Locks) Inside is very shoddily put together. The foam is coming away from the sides. Deffinatly NOT worth the money.

reason for 3 was the wheels could be more stronger but overall a good product will buy again

Good for the price paid
I have purchased 3 of these cases, and they are quite able to store my reasonably heavy video lights. I would not suggest standing on them however. If you treat them with respect they are excellent for the price paid. You would need to spend at least 4 times the cost of these to get anything better. I am quite happy with them, and I am not easy to please!

I bought this case to bring parts with me to europe. It made two trips of airline baggage punishment. Has extendable handle and wheels. Or can be carried using side heavy duty handle.

I purchased this case to carry a large assortment of hand tools: hammers, prybars, cordless drills, etc. The inside dimensions are large enough so I can load most of the tools I will need when I get to a job site. I like the added wheels and telescopic handle which makes moving tools from point A to B much less strenuous. The spring loaded carrying handle ensures it doesn't get damaged during transportation. The wheels are non-marring as are the rubber feet. The weight of the empty case is much less than a tool box half it's size, but made of steel. This is were potential buyers should consider how they will use the SRA Aluminum Case. If you are going to fill it with an assortment of construction tools or any items that would weigh more than 8-10 pounds I would advise against it; it is not the type of tool case that holds up to rigorous handling. I've been using mine for several months now. It is loaded with at least 20-25 pounds of tools and although it is still in one piece it won't last much longer. The first things I noticed to fail are the (2) latches. Made from very thin stamped metal once one fails the case is useless and the second one fails shortly after. The hinges are the second weak link. I've mistakenly closed the lid on screwdrivers several times resulting in the hinges being tweaked-out of alignment. My bad, but a more robust set of hinges or a continuous (piano) hinge would have held up better. If you are looking for a light-weight and inexpensive case that is easily transportable this one should work. I'd look for a stronger design for those in the construction field.

Latching bracket broke within a few uses..unfixable as the metal broke off to keep it latched.

After using it two times, we noticed many things about this hard case. The handle and bottom studs are too wobbly and the door created an indent when standing on its studs. Material seems cheap, and we don't it will last very long. Will be contacting the manufacturer.
