I’ve used different shoe inserts for different occasions. Sometimes one with a little less life some with this amount. The way they are designed is very thought out a well engineered for the foot. The execution of the extended insole with support on both sides and arch allows you to walk without a drop off from being to heel high. I love the design, I’m just not sure about the quality for the price. My first pair are already starting to peel on the top… it’s been a week. But they still feel solid and not worn out. I hope they continue to make them and improve over time.

I’m 5 11” but my wife is 5 9” so when she wears hills we are the same height or she’s taller at times and she hates that, I just use one layer and it’s good enough, comfortable for a few hours but not all day use

Okay. Being vertically challenged through entire life (luckily not like many others. I am 5'7ft) this is something no amount of diet and exercise, being funny and smart aside from outright 20,000$ at least surgery with possibility ending up crippled cannot change. Enter these little secret bits. Warning ahead: if you plan to go out or go on the dates and walk a lot YOU NEED TO BUY ONE SIZE LARGER AND HIGH TOP SHOES! No way around it otherwise your feel will strain ache and blister. This is basically universal rule to every single incert like this and I've learnt that looking at all the Latino guys hanging out at the local club. On the usual day a lot of them seemed a bit shorter I've noticed a lot of them on the weekends got a bit taller and worn seemingly stylish High Top sneakers, that almost look like combat boots but being white sneakers. These things work but you need to know how to use them otherwise you will get height increase but also massive foot pains.

It is tall enough for a little height increase. Anything 2" or more is awkward to walk in at best.

It's not only comfortable but also highly stable. I tried many different ones, and it was terrible. I personally endorse this item.. :)

Materials are ok. Nothing fancy but they do their job!

They are massive and clunky. Even if you strip them down to the smallest option, they didn't even fit in my oversized Blundstones, let alone any other pair of shoes. will be returning :/

Segundas plantillas que cojo y cada día más contenta. La verdad es que soy bajita pero, no soy capaz de llevar tacones que no sean anchos, así que desde que descubrí este tipo de plantillas estoy encantada porque aumento entre 5 - 6 cm pero es como si vas de bajo. Para aquellos que dudan sobre su utilidad comento un poco mi experiencia. Para empezar, vienen por partes (tres), no es un bloque, de forma que tú decides qué altura quieres meterle, por ejemplo con playeros, quito la parte de abajo y me quedo con dos alturas, con botas pongo las tres porque se adaptan bastante bien. Son bastante cómodas, lo cierto es que la parte de arriba es muy mullida. Yo uso un 38 y se adaptan de forma perfecta a todo tipo de zapatos (botas y playeros, que es lo que suelo usar) ¿Qué no me gusta? Las otras que tengo son completas, éstas solo se quedan a mitad de pie por lo que, en este sentido, me resultan más incómodas, al menos para mi gusto pero, aún as,í en cuanto te acostumbras ni lo notas. En definitiva, una manera de luchar contra la genética que, a veces, no resulta tan maravillosa como quisiéramos...

背が伸びますねー。 あたりまえですが普通の革靴なんかに入れたら、かかとがものすごく上がるので使えません。 多分ブーツ一択じゃないかなぁ 普通に歩く分にも、長距離でなければ大丈夫だと思います。 ただ、走ると一気に足がやられます。 ゆったり動きましょう。

Mido 1,51 cm y nunca uso zapatos planos en mi trabajo. Nunca había utilizado un producto como este, pero cierto que había oído hablar de él. Incluso sé de gente que lo usa desde siempre. Al principio he tenido problemas para colocarlo en el zapato, ya que como veis en el vídeo, mi zapatilla ya de por si tenía plataforma y he tenido que quitarle todos los niveles que tenía estas plantillas y aún así se me quedaba el pie algo inestable. Sube bastante la estatura y es una pasada en cuanto a su efectividad. Lo recomendaría para usar en zapatos planos que tengan el talón bastante cubierto y recogido para que no nos hagamos daño. Lo que más me ha gustado es que se puede jugar con diferentes niveles, añadiendo o quitando las plantillas. Una muy buena opción y recomendación para aquellas personas que son bajitas como yo quiera ganar unos centímetros, además de forma disimulada.
