Q: Are these Road legal in uk

Not really, any light modifications that differ from manufacturers spec are considered illegal but if you fit these in projector lenses you should be ok, just wouldn't use them in reflectors due to the glare (same goes for anything other than halogen in reflectors)

Q: Compatible for vauxhall astra K 2016?

Don't know if they are compatible with Astra K......but they are absolutely amazing. If they will fit....get them. I fitted them in my full beam headlamps.....brilliant.
