It broke after a month!

Helps stabilize your hip but not easy to assemble
This really helped with my hip stabilization after surgery.The reason for a 3 star is the assembly instructions were confusing. I had to go to You Tube to find videos to help. Spent an hour putting it together.

Defective design
This is the second one that has broken in the same place. The smallest metal piece has broken in half and the leg part is no longer attached to the torso brace.

Don't waste your money!! Horrible customer service!!
Don't waste your money on the Komzer Abduction Hip Brace! I purchased this for my mother for post op hip replacement surgery. The hinge broke after 3 weeks of use. After a week of emails with them, they did replace the brace, but it broke in the same place just 2 days later. I've sent an email every week for 5 weeks now requesting a full refund, and I've been ghosted. The customer service has been horrible!! I am very unsatisfied with Komzer!!!

Bought and broke 2
Liked it at first. Wish they held up because they would have worked for what I need.Used it normally and even had the hindges unlocked so that they were free to move all the way and BOTH of them broke in the same spot. I paid for both braces and I am not bying a third. I will be asking for a refund.

Wish it was higher quality metal - Shaft sheared at range of motion limiter - only lasted a week.
I like it was all black and I felt secure and supported. It was not heavy, just awkward as anticipated with adjustments. Fit well.
