I have had my share of flat irons, but I can honestly say this is the best one. 1. value for the money, 2, quality made, light weight, heat control stays at temp you requested, and most importantly, how it straightens your hair. I have thick hair and it took awhile to get the look I wanted. Had problems with other makes, whether it was placement of controls (hand shut off iron, or I moved the temp). Don't have that problem with this product. Also, when using it on my hair, it's perfect. Quick, fits well in my hand, cord long enough and swivels, straightens in half the time.

This flat iron gives a smooth, sleek finish to coarse, wavy hair. It also doesn't snag any of my hair, which I have found happens with lesser quality flat irons. It is well made and I like that you can lock it when done. Heats up to the heat setting I choose pretty quickly. You can also get a 2 year warranty too. Great customer service! I hope this one lasts for a long time. I'd definitely recommend!

I was looking for a new flat iron and found Ella Bella. In reading the reviews, I decided to give it a try. My hair is long and naturally very wavy. I’ve tried several flat irons over the years but didn’t have great results as far as making my hair smooth and not smelling burned. My original purchase was in 2023 and I fell in love with this flat iron! It worked better than any other iron I had previously used. I was also impressed with the immediate customer service reaching out to check on my satisfaction with the product. Additionally, the iron was beautifully packaged with a heat protective mat and glove. The iron heats quickly and works beautifully. I only use it every 4-5 days and my hair stays smooth in between uses. My original purchase was in 2023 and recently had a problem with the initial heating time. I couldn’t remember if my iron was still under warranty so I reached out to the company. Not only did they immediately respond, but verified my warranty and sent out a new replacement within days. Most important to me was the personal, prompt response from the owner with a sincere desire to make things right. Not only did I receive the replacement, but also the new warranty was activated! Additionally, I was contacted to make sure I received the flat iron and that everything was working properly. Wow, what an awesome experience!! I almost have to pinch myself because this type of service is a rare experience. This is a great product! I wanted something that would work well, keep my hair shiny and not cause damage. I have very fine hair and the straightener I was using previously was too harsh. I’m very thankful I did my research and made this purchase. My hair showed a HUGE difference day 1!

I researched and researched until I found a flat iron that I could buy to take with me to the United Kingdom on our trip to London this summer. All I need is an adapter for this to plug into the outlets in London. It is dual voltage and that was what was very important to me.I received the flat iron and took it on a trip locally with me and love the convenience of the protective silicone sleeve to put it in when traveling. It works great and I’m very pleased. Would highly recommend.

The flat iron has multiple temperatures to select from. It heats up to the selected temperature in a timely manner. It is not too heavy to handle and is quite manageable. It straightens my hair but it does not seem to keep my hair as straight though the day as my previous flat iron. It has several protective features to prevent burns and I believe it is of good quality for the price.

Customer service is exceptional! Ruth goes over and beyond when it comes to customer service. I am very happy with my purchase. I was also very impressed with the presentation—every detail is well thought out. I reached out for a minor issue, and Ruth responded immediately explaining what I needed to do to resolve it. She has reached out again just to see how things are going with the product. My hair is very fine. This flat iron has not damaged my hair in any way. I would recommend any of Ella Bella’s products because they are top of the line!

I normally do not leave reviews but this is the best flat iron I have used. I purchased many different brands from top of the line to the bottom of the line. This does not dry out my hair, it is light weight, and very easy to style my hair with. I love it!
