Good product. I take these as I have IR PCOS and am trying to avoid metformin again for blood sugar control. I do notice better regulation with sugars but also a decrease in sugar cravings when taking consistently

When I was in my teens I was able to have a bite out of my Bounty bar, put the rest on the side and it could last me a week. Fast forward 15+ years I quit smoking, and to fight the cravings I started eating A LOT of junk. Anything from sweets to crisps and so I ruined my natural balance. Over the next 5-10 years I put on 25+kg! My cravings, especially chocolate was so intense that I could not concentrate on anything until I had my “fix”. I could not go to sleep if I knew there was something still left in my cupboard, chocolate, candy bar, anything sweet. I just wanted more and more and more! I could not reason my way out of the cravings, even when adding a lot of healthy things into my menu. The battle with my will power ofter brought me to tears and ended up with a piece of chocolate. Then I bought these. It’s like a switch had been turned off!!! Now finally I’m able to get on with my life like a normal person with normal cravings. Obviously a healthy meal plan and exercise regimen will go with my weight loss journey it but I’m very far from being the sugar junkie I was. Truly amazing! Absolutely life changing for me!
