Personally, I used it for sciatic pain and mainly stick to setting 1 and it does the trick, same design & efficiency as the one my chiropractor would use. the fact that you can travel with it is great. I charged it fully before the first used and haven’t had to charge yet since so lasts while with battery life. I have reused the electro pads many times without stickiness wearing down. worth the investment.

This is actually both in one. A TENS and an EMS unit have different uses, EMS units contract muscle and TENS units do not. Both are useful for different reasons. I was pleasantly surprised that this little guy does both, as if you’re a chronic pain sufferer both units can help you achieve different (but useful) results.I’ve had two lower back surgeries, a bad knee, and I get very bad tension headaches as well. So I’m falling apart lol. I use this little guy every day and it works so fricken’ well. One of the best Amazon purchases I’ve ever made and for the price it’s amazing— it’s honestly VERY powerful and because it’s so small I can put it in my personal item when I travel.Honestly because it is also an EMS unit and will help with muscle contraction if you’re a frequent traveler or going on a longer flight this could help prevent blood clots by stimulating your legs. I’m sure that isn’t the intended use but it’s just a thought.Anyway, buy it. It’s worth it and I have zero regrets.

This little fella delivers. Amazing how technology has evolved from a $100 TENS unit my family had when I was in high school that was the size of a brick and took 9v batteries to this. Battery lasts a long time and delivers the sciatic pain relief I needed. It is discrete and pocket sized which allows me to use it at work when needed. The electrodes are sticky and last a while. Just buy it!

This small unit has a great battery for long operation. It has everything from a mild signal for nerve relief and high setting for muscle stimulation. On high it is very powerful. The interface is easy to understand. I only wish it had come with a few more pads... but they are easy and inexpensive to order on amazon too. If you want to try Tens/EMS therapy, this is a great step into that world.

I bought a tens unit a few years ago that wslas alright but hard to configure (every setting felt the same). This one is so much easier to use, and I can feel a difference between each setting option. It's been doing a great job getting the knots out if my shoulder. Definitely recommend.

Love this machine! Works awesome, well made & compact. Cleaning product that came with it works well to. Not sure I would pay full price for it, but the price that I did pay it was well worth it. Great product!

This helps my sciatica pain so much. I get sharp pain, use a few settings and the pain is gone. Helpful for pain relief and relaxation. It does sometimes shut off without the timer going but otherwise has a long battery life!
