Then you can add it to their water, about a teaspoon per gallon of fresh water daily, or you can pour it on their beaks, under their wings, where they will inhale the fragrance to open up their air passages. You can use your fingers to distribute the oil, I also put it on my finger and stuff it down their throat, careful not to scratch their throat. I am not a veterinarian, this is just what I have learned to do, don't take anything I have said to mean I am recommending this action or that it is under veterinary directions to me.
