As a track mom and track coach, these are a lifesaver! Buying spikes in bulk is the way to go. The 1/4 inch spike size is the size needed for all tracks. These can be used in all spike shoes and events--distance, cross country, jumps, hurdles, sprints. They are easy to put in and take out. Not in love with the spike wrench that is provided so we use one of our Nike ones. Overall, great bulk price for spikes.
