EverStretch Bodyweight Workout Poster for Home Gym - with Video Instructions - Large 23" x 35" | Laminated Workout Chart

I really like this poster. The paper quality is good and heavy. The images are pretty easy to see, however, I do have to get closer to really see what is on the chart. The QR codes to each example is great and goes to videos to inspire a workout in the chosen use. This is sturdy enough to hang without a frame using my own clips. Right now I’m using bull dog clips and it is working fine for now. My wall is block, so I cannot pin it to the wall. I’m glad this is not the cheap paper type poster. I definitely recommend if one is looking for training or new ideas.

The media could not be loaded. I love having this around and easily accessible. It makes a nice little corner gym if you have small spaces. If you complete all the exercises from start to finish you get a pretty good workout. I highly suggest getting this poster if you need a comfortable place at home to work out. This poster is a really good start to any regimen old or new.

Was looking for some really nice posters that I could frame and put in my son‘s room as part of his workout regime. I really wanted to like this item, but unfortunately its non-standard size made it impossible to find a place to hang it in or a frame. The app is just OK, but not sure it’s worth the extra money to justify.

It arrives rolled up in a tube and I was terrified that I'd never get it to lay flat to stick on the wall. It actually came with instructions on how to remove the roll memory and it worked like a charm.The diagram are clear and concise. It has a good assortment of exercises and it fits in well with my home gym.One weird thing is that the QR codes all go to random youtube videos from all kinds of different channels. I will say they all load the correct time in the video to demonstrate the exercise, so that is really nice. It just makes me wonder if the company that makes this poster has permission from all of these youtube channels to link to their work. But then also makes me wonder if they even need permission. I mean they are directing traffic to the youtubers' videos, so that's nice. I can see both sides of the argument, I think I land on the "it's fine" side of it, so I won't let it bother me any further. I just thought it was worth mentioning.

This workout poster is exactly what I needed for my “home gym”!As I get older my health has become more important, I guess I’m not invincible after all, but I don’t always know how to do what I know I should be doing. This poster is great for beginners and takes all the guess work, and YouTube videos out of my works outs!I love that this poster is huge and arrived laminated making it so much more durable! The size of this makes it very easy to read and the images used to provide direction are very clear. If you’re a beginner like me and still can’t figure out some of the different exercises you can use your phone to scan the QR code for a video SHOWING you how!This poster was a bit more expensive than I was expecting but it is durable and with the videos provided offers a great value!

Ordered this poster for resistance band exercises and liked it so much I ordered the bodyweight version as well. The same positive thoughts apply here:. The poster is an appropriate size - large enough to allow easy reading, but not so large as to take up too much wall space. There is a comprehensive list of resistance band exercises, grouped by body part and movement (push/pull). The Everstretch folks have certainly tried to address everything here. This product comes with instructions including 10 ways to hang the poster, details on how to flatten it (arrives in a rolled tube) and how to remove wrinkles. The videos for each exercise are simple, short and clear. The only downside is that the QR codes leading to those videos are small enough to require holding your phone close to the poster. A small complaint given all the great features.

Good posted to put up in a home gym. The QR code linked to the videos is nice as well just in case you want to have good form by watching someone else do the exercises. What I don't like is that all the videos are from different sources. It's not a bad thing but if it was all from one source, you could also look at other exercise videos from the same site instead of having to scan the QR code all the time.Initially a person starting would want to watch all the videos so it's not too big a deal. Once a person gets used to the exercises of course they don't need the videos anymore. At any case, it's a nice poster to have to build your set of exercises.

This workout poster is much larger than I expected. It’s easy to read and has QR codes to help you with your form. Otherwise it’s a device free, at home workout. I wanted another alternative to get a few reps in aside from my regular workouts. The protection coating on it will keep it from getting damaged and keep it durable. Upon reviewing it in person there are more moves than I first saw that you need additional equipment for, which is why I took a star off because that makes it less effective to hang in my closet for quick bedroom workouts like I intended.
