I purchased this great easy to setup camera for use in my garden to protect my shed / garden and back fence that back out onto woodland. Setup within 2 minutes out of the box with very clear and easy to follow instructions. QR to get the app and sign -up.5mp PTZ camera with great clear images. The camera has IR or White light which can detect humanoid presence an automatically switch between normal IR and white light so that you can clearly see your intruder. I have used SV3C camera's in the past but only the POE dome cameras, which again where good quality and well worth the money.If you want an easy life and peace of mind that the kit you buy will do the job, buy one of these

The media could not be loaded. I ran a Tourist Hostel, but retired 8 years ago. I installed CCTV cameras on the outside of the Building so I could see what was going on. Did all the work myself, seemed like miles of wiring.......Fast forward 8 years and look at this Camera. The only/ wiring is the power cable. Very easy to install. I use it to watch wildlife in our garden and stream. The picture is excellent, you pinch with fingers to zoom although the film did not record this for some reason. The PTZ is excellent. It has 2 antenna which seem to work fine as the wifi router is in the House itself and not in the Conservatory. Quite a distance. All in all a well made piece of work. They have also made it very simple to insert an SD card.....unlike in previous cameras..

Update:The camera has failed and after connecting the support team they have just stopped responding. No after sales serviceAs an owner of numerous other SV3C cameras I am pretty impressed with this latest version. It has great day and night picture quality, good motion detection which picks up human movement but does alert on the slightest of wind disturbances as well.Works well on the SV3C cloud app which is quick and responsive.Also has really nice angle of vision with the PTZ function allowing visibility at almost any angle.Highly recommended camera at a good price point.

I purchased this WiFi PTZ camera to replace a PoE IP camera in my Synology Surveillance Station NVR, using ONVIF integration. As this WiFi camera is primarily designed to operate separately using the free of charge SV3C mobile app, my review will focus on this functionality, as most people purchasing this device will not be using a NVR.I was initially attracted to this device by its high specification and low cost. The build of the camera, its features and ease of setup did not disappoint. The camera, although housed in a plastic casing, is extremely robust, and simple to pair with a mobile phone.I mounted the camera in my front porch, close to a corner which allowed it to monitor my front driveway and also my front door by use of the Auto-Tracking feature. With careful positioning the camera was able to pick up movement of people by my car and those walking towards my house. The Auto Tracking feature follows them to the front door as the lens automatically tracks them.The 5mp resolution provides ample clarity although the size of the resulting video clips may limit storage and the increased network traffic could slow the local network. I have set the camera at a lower resolution and still find the quality acceptable.The Mobile App provides a good number of settings such as trigger sensitivity, image settings, email alerting, IR & White Light illuminating, manual recording, screenshots, intercom, Pan & Tilt control etc. Although the Camera is called a “PTZ” device it only Pans & Tilts, it does not have an Optical Zoom feature. This is mentioned in the advertising text, but this could easily get overlooked.The integration with Amazon Echo Show devices does provide a view of the camera, but only if invoked manually via the Echo Skill. I was hoping it could be triggered by movement, which would then show me who was at my door. As there is an initial delay in the Echo Show device connecting to the SV3C cloud, the process takes too long and it is quicker to look out of the window!With the exception of the above minor niggle the camera offers good value for money and I would recommend it to anybody looking for a stand-alone CCTV camera.

This isn’t my first camera from SVC3 and once again it hasn’t disappointed.So easy to install, just need to fix it to the wall or ceiling and then a power source and in-range WiFi. Takes all of 10 minutes to get it up and running through their App.The pan and tilt feature is seamless and the picture quality excellent. The night vision is great and the floodlights are also a nice addition to this camera. A great feature if you did ever need to deter intruders!I share all the SVC3 cameras with my wife and neither of us have ever had any issues with access on the app.Order was simple and the delivery was quick. I have already recommended this company to friends and family and will continue to do so after testing this camera.

THIS CAMERA IS CHEAP AND IT IS OBVIOUS WHEN UNBOXING IT. VERY SMALL IN CONSTRUCTION(PLASTIC) AND THE MOUNT IS ALL PART OF THE CAMERA INSTEAD OF SEPERATE AS PER SOME HIGHER LEVEL CAMERAS. MAY BE GOOD FOR A SIMPLE DOORSTEP CAMERA BUT REALLY LOW GRADE SIMPLE CAMERA WITH A SIMPLE APP CONTROL MOBILE HANDSET CONTROL

I thought this was really great for the cost but it is in fact a great little cameraAt night it’s black & white until motion is detected then the light comes on and everything is in full colour.You can have areas only to be watched by using blocks which cover nowhere to everywhere or just your car door so easy to work and use I’m not computing savy but if you know anything you’ll be a head start on me and I’m really happy with it so far my biggest gripe is the app I can’t get to use Alexa on it but I just use my phone no not really a problem.
