I’m 5’0”, 135lbs, 34D, mom-bod, apple shaped. Got both the small and the medium. I’m a medium in most clothes and underwear but small fit better. Size down if you are short or want that extra snatched waist with more support. There is a lot of stretch so the smaller size was fine for me and my overly restricting. I am short so the medium body length was too long. Straps kept slipping down off my shoulders. Small was way better for shorties. My only big complaint is that the bottom is majorly wedgie-prone. It’s not a thong and not a regular coverage bottom. It’s very “cheeky” which doesn’t really flatter my butt at all. I want a shapewear bodysuit that holds me in on my butt as well as my waist so not sure why the fabric is so skimpy on the butt area. It makes a strange underwear line that you can see through jeans and cuts my cheeks in half. Wish there was a regular or more full coverage bottom option. Would be so much more comfortable. I would also say that the scoop neck is very revealing so if you’re more busty like I am then get ready to show your cleavage big time. These flatten the boobs and hold them down but don’t lift or separate. The white is definitely NOT thick enough to wear without a bra. You can see brown-girl nipples through it. Not sure if they changed the fabric recently because other reviewers didn’t have this problem.

These are absolutely amazing!! The material is really nice and thick (not thick like you’ll be hot but thick like they aren’t cheap feeling). My only wish is that the backside was more cheeky or thong like so I could wear them with pants other than jeans and not worry about an underwear line.

I tried the Skims knockoff from Amazon and could barely breathe and it gave me rolls I don’t even have. This one hugs you in so comfortably and is thick enough to go braless. Another plus and important to me on a body suit is a comfortable crotch! This could even be worn as a one piece swimsuit. Love them.
