Beware I purchased these back over the summer for when my machine went empty, I left the area for work and just got back, printed a few items and I needed to replace the ink, when I put these cartridges into my machine, it refused to accept them, said it did not recognize the cartridges. I put them in correctly I cleaned the chips I did everything the instructions told me to do, they are the correct size model Etc. I can't use these at all, they're very clearly full of ink, but my machine just refuses to accept them. I'm outside the 30 days of needing to install them so I'm screwed, that's on me I guess. But the problem is they still sold me ink cartridges for my machine that my machine will not accept. Beware

I bought the ink cartridges in August 2024 and have used them successfully until a firmware update on my printer. That caused the printer not to acknowledge the cartridges. Even though I still had a black Epson cartridge, it wouldn't even print black only. I reread the cartridge info and saw that it said to delay or not do a firmware update. Ugh. I contacted the seller and they responded in less than 24 hours with steps to try, which I did with no luck. They immediately offered a full refund or cartridge replacement. I took the refund since I needed to print right away and they issued the refund promptly. The ink cartridges worked great until the firmware update, which they cautioned about. But I didn't remember that from 4 months earlier when I read the instructions. I would not hesitate to use these remanufactured cartridges from this seller, again.

These color cartridges last alot longer than the previous ink I bought. Nice, it was compatible to my printer. Thanks

I am a work from home Realtor and use my Epson WorkForce Pro 4734 fairly infrequently compared to my black and white laser printer. I found that I was spending over $100 on name brand color ink cartridges #802 XL and they would dry up too quickly between uses, so I needed to find a more cost effective option. I came across this option and decided to give it a try.To my surprise it has worked just the same as the brand name version I can buy in the office supply stores. It came air sealed in the exact same size cartridges so I can open each color as needed without exposing the ink prior to needing them. I didn't have any issues with my printer recognizing them as refurbished or rejecting them, but it comes with a cleaning wipe to use just in case. I just recently started using these so I'm curious to see how long they will last. I'll check back and update my review when this happens.

I received the Epson compatible 802XL ink cartridges within 1 business day of ordering via USPS. Although it was shipped in a plastic envelope, it was still well protected in an easy to open cardboard box inside without any unnecessary outer cellophane membrane. I knew full well these weren’t OEM (original) Epson 802XL cartridges when I purchased them but the price for an entire color set + black was much too good a deal to pass up at more than half the suggested retail price, especially for someone like me who uses the printer frequently. When compared to the authentic cartridges, these are very much similar. These cartridges are slightly heavier, like they contain more ink inside and hopefully that won’t cause any problems in the future (fingers crossed). Each cartridge is individually wrapped for further protection and anti-tampering. The cartridges fit into my Epson WF-4734 printer without issues (my firmware was up to date BTW) and the resulting colors are adequately similar to those of the authentic Epson cartridges. I’ve tried several different remanufactured ink cartridges in the past, and so far, I’m pleased with this ink set and how it has performed (printing mostly color documents). I will update my review accordingly as I swap out the additional color cartridges. At this point, I have changed the Black and the Cyan colors only.

nice compact delivery arrived in my mailbox, and arrived earlier than expected...very pleased from the moment i popped the cartridges in...the printer was like a car with a tank low on gas, and the moment i started printing, the machine was producing crispy clean copies right off the bat...the colors are vibrant, sharp and on point...quick and easy to install so you can start printing immediately...and the price is reasonable and competitive...as a consumer i really can't ask for much more...i will be back as a repeat customer in the future because we go thru a lot of cartridges here...i'm glad i found this vendor...great and reliable product...look forward to future purchases at a nice price!
