How far can this electric bike go on one charge?

Scooway 750W electric bike can travel 38-44 miles in pure electric mode and 50-62 miles with pedal assistance on a flat road, but mileage will vary depending on the rider's weight, weather, and terrain.

How does the brake system perform? Is frequent adjustment necessary?

We use high-end hydraulic disc brakes that are highly responsive and do not require frequent adjustment. The mechanical brake wire oxidizes easily, so the tightness must be adjusted on a regular basis. It is not only necessary to apply more strength to the brake, but it is also affected by the environment, such as rain and sand splash, which will significantly reduce the braking effect, which is not conducive to riding safety. When compared to mechanical brakes, hydraulic disc brakes can easily brake in 0.1 second, providing you with safer riding, increased stability and flexibility, and smoother downhill and cornering. The disc brake requires half the pressing force of the mechanical brake and is fast, labor-saving, and efficient. The hydraulic disc brake does not wear the wheel set, and the disc brake's composition can significantly extend the wheel set's service life. The hydraulic disc brake has a short stopping distance of 78 inches in dry conditions and 118 inches in wet conditions, making it suitable for use in all weather conditions. How does the bike work on rugged roads?

How does it do uphill?

I used pas 2 for hill climbing and sometimes see current goes up to above 15 Amp constantly for a duration of time if the slope is long. I am not sure if there is any protection in this ebike to prevent overheating of either controller or the motor. If there is no protection going uphill, sooner or later the controller or the motor could be damaged. Right now looks the cadence sensor uses speed as criteria for assistance. One better way maybe add power cap for each PAS level to prevent overheating.
