I usually don't get this here, but I ran out of it and happened to see it here. I've used this for a long time to give me the boost that I need. I don't use it to work out, but whenever I'm feeling beat, this gives me what I need.

I discovered this product nearly 20 years ago when I had, what was most likely, the beginnings of gall bladder pain, as I was under immense stress at the time. I had begun taking this, first twice daily, then once daily ever since and have had no such pains since. (I do recommend consulting with a doctor first, as did I).

I have no idea if these helped or not as I was also on statins and other supplements. My last blood test had super wonderful readings for my triglycerides and cholesterol. So I will reorder as long as the price stays cheap enough for almost daily use. I came across these accidentally and had never heard of them before but figured they couldn't hurt and the price was not going to break us so will continue use. In fact I am taking a break off the statins for 3 months so I will be able to gauge these better. Hope to leave a better review in about 6 months time.
