In the first week we had a bowl rip somehow so I reached out to customer service. Charity was so quick and helpful to work with, she sent me replacement bowls and checked up on me to make sure they made it and everything was okay with these ones. Super kind! Bowls themselves are a good shape and size for toddlers. Suction isn’t always the best but what toddler product really is? They’re thick bowls which make them nice and sturdy that they won’t bend or slide around when my son spoons food out.

I really like these bowls. They feel hefty, yet they are a little flexible. The suction is very good, but at the same time it's easy to remove them by pulling the tab. The lid fits well and is itself quite solid. Size is good to hold enough for a child to eat.

These bowls are absolutely wonderful. We use them all the time -- on a daily basis -- and they check all the boxes one looks for in terms of toddler dishes: they're unbreakable, they have secure lids (also good for storing), they're microwaveable, and, most importantly, they help to reduce the use of plastics. (The lid is plastic, but it doesn't really contact the food unless the bowl is super full or tipped.) Thee suction bottom is an added bonus, for really little kids who might be tempted to dump or throw their food!In all, a great product I would highly recommend.

I will start by saying that I REALLY like this brand. I bought these bowls because we love their suction plates. The bowls are sturdy and well made - they're heavy (in a good way - it at least isn't light where its easy for my 7 month old to just swat off the table or his tray) and I like that there are measurement lines inside - that is a nice touch.Now for my big gripe - the suction on the bowls. If you stick them down just right and only yank up and down, they stick VERY well. However, the bowl will slide around and not stay put. Also, if it doesn't suction down just right it doesn't stick at all. My kiddo just slides the bowl around til it pops up which defeats the point of the suction. We'll still use them because they still function as bowls and are well built but the suction is a pointless feature.

Original Review Below!After I wrote my original review, WeeSprout reached out within hours and gave me a full refund AND I got a package in the mail today with 3 suction plates and 3 spoons as their way of remedying the situation. Needless to say WeeSprout is the BEST business. I still wouldn’t recommend the bowls if the suction component is important to you, but if you want a nice, sturdy silicone bowl, then go with this one. I will be continuing to purchase WeeSprout products in the future. We’ve loved the ones we’ve bought up to this point.—————————————————————I bought these bowls because we LOVE WeeSprout products. We use their plates and spoons so I thought these bowls would be a 10/10. Unfortunately that is not the case. I wanted these bowls to auction to my daughters high chair so she can’t throw it in the floor. These bowls do not suction. At all. The suction part is completely flat and acts as a normal bowl. I’m incredibly disappointed. The plates we have have the strongest suction so I had high hopes for these.The bowls themselves are nice and sturdy but I am so upset with the suction.

These have been perfect for introducing solids to my son! Easy to clean either handwashing or in dishwasher. I have not yet had any stains or scents left behind, but we're only on puree's at the moment so we'll see how that holds up!
