The package arrived 10 minutes ago. As soon as I opened the pouch, my heart sunk. Immediately, I noticed that the medal and St Benedict's Cross had been attached on the wrong ends. The paracord knots hadn't been tied correctly and look nothing like they do in the images. The crucifix and medal are attached to the paracord by a very weak loop. And the paracord itself has fibres sticking out, which means the beads don't slide like they should. A low quality product that should never have been sent out. Terrible quality control.
