The chair was very easy to put together, I like the fact that it can recline and than lock into a standard position. The pillows add an extra level of comfort and support, I recommend for young gamers who use computer for longer periods of time. The color is super cute, my daughter really likes it ^__^

Had this for less than a year. Both arms broke off about two weeks ago and last night while gaming it broke causing me to fall back and smash my head into the ground. I’m the only one to use it and 100 pounds LESS than the maximum for the chair. Very upset and ended up having to get checked for a concussion. The lever to lean back never worked and it would only stay in the highest position for maybe 15 minutes before it would lower back down. Do not recommend this to anyone.

It is so comfy! I bought it because I occasionally work from home. It exceeded my expectations. Easy to assemble, very comfortable, and plenty of adjustments. I would definitely recommend.

When I received the chair it, I received a faulty cylinder and gas piece for the chair so it was almost useless for a while, and would sink whenever you sat in it. I was close to tossing the thing out but luckily after contacting the Bagzzia service they resolved the issue and sent new parts which I received today and reassembled the chair and now it works almost properly. I would say it's decent for the price but you can tell there's a lack of care with the manufacturing process of this product. We went through hell and back to take this thing apart and putting back screws in certain places was really difficult when it shouldn't have been. The bag that the new parts were shipped in arrived in a ripped up bag (like why no box?) as if a dog chewed through it, and my original package had a roach in it. That being said, I did get a satisfactory chair but it shouldn't have taken as much work as it did to get here, but I guess I got what I paid for. It is pretty comfy but there's just things here and there like the armrests being uneven and the wheels don't roll smoothly. I'd say go for it if you want to purchase this chair but at your own risk!

3 months using after purchase, I can say it will wear easy. It’s not very comfortable but for the price it does the job. If you can spend the extra $100 for a nicer chair I’d probably recommend that.
