Works well and adheres very well. Glad I used this instead of the more expensive KT or branded tape, but their videos are good for how to apply it. Waterproof through showers, lasted for a few long time post marathon marathon. Only downside was that when I did leave it on for 1-2 weeks (way longer than recommended!) it was really quite painful to remove, so I’d recommend against doing that. When I left it on for 1-3 days I didn’t notice any significant pain in removing.

Excellent at ever. Supporting my broken toes/foot

i use this for binding for a little extra support under the KT pro wide and it holds up good. lasts for like 5 days and comes off easy after that but i usually take it off after 2 or 3 because that’s when my other tape needs to come off. it’s a little sore to take off that early though - just gotta be careful and do it slow or you’ll end up with a nasty rash. i have found that when i do leave it on for the 5 days, although it comes off easier, it can start to blister and stuff. i don’t know if that’s from the adhesive, the other tape on top, or moisture retention from showering and stuff (because i do shower with it on and just dry it with a blow drier after) but yeah that’s my experience. hope it helps.

Hubby straps his knee when he is in pain. It works a dream, he was shocked how much support it gives and relieves pain. The only downside is that it doesn’t stay on for very long, my husband has hair but no more than any other man but the tape doesn’t tend to stick that well to it and moves.
