I started potty training my little boy using a different potty, he didn’t like it as it was uncomfortable so he refused to sit on it. I decided to buy this potty chair after reading good reviews and I wasn’t disappointed. I was able to get same day delivery which was great help as I’d already started the potty training process. He took to this potty straight away, the design is great as it is very stable and more chair like so provides greater comfort. The fact that you can lift the middle section makes throwing the contents away and cleaning the potty much easier. He had one wee accident and hasn’t had one since. He has been using this for 2 weeks now. Every time he uses it we put a sticker on the potty which he loves. For us, this has been a great purchase.

Edit... We've now had this potty in use for almost 7 years, and it looks new after potty training the 3rd child (it was originally bought for our first child). Excellent potty, would recommend it to anyone.Although this seems quite an expensive potty, it's well worth it. I bought my daughter a cheap one from Boots and it skidded across the floor when she tried to sit on it, and it was very low so even at 2.5 her knees were up by her ears! It also didn't seem comfy when she had to sit on there for a while, so we decided to buy a new one. Chose this one, and it's great! Much better height, much wider 'seat', non slip feet and since getting it her potty training was completed in a couple of days. I can also use it for my son when he's older so it makes it cheaper in the long run (and buying cheaper ones for each of them at around £8 each is only slightly cheaper than buying this one that seems like it was last ages!). It seems very good quality and is very sturdy.

Some reviews suggested for 8 months old babies, therefore I bought this for my 10 months old daughter, but the design of this potty seems a bit too high and she struggles to sit down properly without tipping over. I think it possibly aims for older/taller babies, though my daughter is already quite tall at 75th percentile for her height.Now my daughter is at 12 months, still not quite ready for it as it is still too high! I'm going to wait for a few months when my daughter gets a bit older, hopefully will put it in good use.Overall it is a pretty design, but I don't think it is a steady potty... certainly not ideal as a first potty for beginners.Update - now my daughter is 14 months, with more practice she's now sitting on the potty properly and she looks comfortable on it!

Such a cute little potty. The legs took some welly to push in, but the quality is good so it should last beyond potty training. For doing the business itself, it is the perfect size and height for my 2 year old son. He sits on it comfortably and the fact that the bowl is removable makes emptying it and cleaning it easy. The bowl is also flat bottomed so can be used independently. Which means I can also take it with me on day trips if needs be.

This potty is fantastic, my toddler just loves using it. It's really sturdy and doesn't slip as it has grips on the feet. It's a good height, my son doesn't have to squat down low, it's like being sat on a little chair. It's really easy to lift the bowl out to empty it. The front splash guard comes up nice and high so there are no accidents that sometimes happen when little boys sit down. It also looks really funky, everyone always comments on it! You do have to assemble it when it arrives and I did find it slightly tricky to get the feet on, but it's well worth it. A fantastic buy :)

When I was reading the reviews on this potty I was amazed at how it had got children to potty train. As if it was magic, so I bought it hoping my daughter would finally want to start potty training. But I have since found out that it isn't as magic as I thought. My daughter still refuses to go on the potty. I am very disappointed with that.It is a good looking and sturdy potty with a good design. I only hope my son will be happy enough to use it when he is ready for the potty.

This is a great looking chair and I love that both color options are gender neutral. We bought this for our 13-month old who pees consistently at the same time, in order to start the process. It was easy to assemble, looks cool, and she loves it. The only down-side is that it tilts forward when she goes to get up so we have to hold the back down to make sure the chair doesn't go with her. Perhaps it improves as the children grown, but our daughter is already 25 pounds, so significantly bigger than an average 13-month old.
