I bought five thousand bingo markers or chips. It arrived as five packages of 1000 bingo chips each. I weighed each of the packages, and there was some variance in the weight, about 1 ounce difference between the heaviest and lightest packages, but I didn't bother to count how many individual chips -- just note it may not be exactly 5000 total but hopefully close enough. Each package contained an assortment of seven different colors -- no clear chips, which I was glad to confirm. Also included was a mesh drawstring bag of light material for holding all the chips (which I have not used). None of the chips were broken, in fact I can't imagine how they would get broken (as another reviewer mentioned) certainly not during shipping because they are tough.

I know I answered this before, but here goes again. I love the markers. When you BINGO, you can read the numbers through the markers. I like that. Makes it easier in case you had a number not called. You don't have to clear all the numbers and loose out. Thank You

I am a college student preparing to be a secondary teacher (middle/high school). I have used these while volunteering, observing, and practicing teaching in classrooms. I have used them for sunday school and vacation bible school activities. They are small, so they may not be safe for all children/students (read: babies may swallow/choke). What I really liked about them is that they are fairly transparent which allows students to see through them for numberline counting, spelling charts, and bingo.

My huge family loves playing Pokeno on Christmas Eve and we always run out of tokens and start using pennies. These were the closest I could find to the size of the tokens that actually come with the game. Shipping was very fast! Will order again if needed.

A few of the chips we played with so far weren't a full circle, like it was cut too early into a football shape on whatever conveyor machine during fabrication, but out of 5000 chips a few duds ain't bad. It's a much lighter alternative to traditional poker chips or metal coins when playing card games, and you won't notice if the kids misplace a few!

The colors are not separated, so three hours of podcasts got me through the sorting process. Besides that, perfect for the classroom.
