Effective
Works very well! Tried the liquid form where you brush it on and it does NOT work whatsoever and I applied it daily. With one zap on this one it’ll get it done, 2 if that.

It works!
I have gotten skin tags all my life. The only way I was ever able to get rid of them was to go to the doctor and get them frozen off with liquid nitrogen - not something I could ever do on my own. This product works in a similar way but it’s less trouble and expense. HOWEVER, it is challenging to do by yourself. You have to have good access and reach or else you will need a second person. Unlike my prior experiences where the doctor freezes it off directly from canister to skin tags, this process is less direct. You freeze a tiny sponge and then pinch the tag inside the sponge with the little clasp provided. My skin tags this particular time was very small but painful and stuck out far. It was in an awkward location in my arm pit so difficult to get in the clasp. I don’t think I actually got it at first. So I did it one more time and did feel the burn. But that’s good! If you don’t feel the sting or burn, it’s not working! Liquid nitrogen is the same. It freezes until it burns but it’s the only way to kill the tag. It will be uncomfortable for a couple days until it comes off. But I will also add that this one came off fully in only one day and with less discomfort that any other tag I’ve ever had removed. I love this product! Wish I had it years ago.

Works, hard to target tiny skin tags
Works exactly like Dr. Scholl's wart remover. Stick the applicator in, press the spray and spray cold compound onto the applicator. Then quickly press to skin tag to freeze it. It will turn white from the cold, then black. This works because freezing the skin tag damages it enough that it dries up, the cells die and the tag falls off after a few days. Pain level depends on how long you press it for. I usually wait until I feel a slight cold pinch then stop. Afterwards the area feels itchy for a bit. The effectiveness depends on how long you apply it for, it's a balance between not freezing the tag enough, and freezing it so much that it hurts you and damages the skin around the tag. Because the idea is to freeze the tag you have a very small window of about 30 seconds before the applicator is no longer burning freezing and just cold after your skin warms it up. I think they only created this because so many people were using their wart remover to remove skin tags. The applicator is gimmicky, it would work great on larger skin tags but on tiny ones it's hard to be accurate. If the tip was more like a pen instead of a foam with a plastic V that you slide your tag into it would be way easier to use. There are applicators like that out there. I won't be buying this kit again personally, but it does work. I'll stick to other similar products to remove my tiny skin tags on my neck. Seems too pricey for the small canister of ether/propane/isobutane.

Painful & Only Kinda Works
Purchased based on reviews online where people were claiming this product worked instantly. Not so. First off it’s painful - when applying it feels like a burning sensation. That goes away after a few minutes but that burning is replaced by pain which feels like a bruise from being pinched - this pain lasts a full week - the red mark around the skintag lasts long after that -been almost two weeks and I still got a red mark. Only 1 of the three skintags I used it on did actually come off after a week, but area still very red and a thin layer of skin peels like a burn healing after I shower everyday. Probably better to just see a dermatologist.

The soreness lasts for days—ultimately didn’t work
Update: It’s now 16 days after I first used it. Only one tiny skin tag came off; the others stayed the same and one actually got longer! I can’t recommend this. I went to my dermatologist about it and she said the best method isn’t freezing but cutting them off with sterilized scissors under a local anesthetic, followed by a bandaid for 1-2 days. We’re going to go that route and she’ll get them all in one go. Insurance won’t cover it but she charges a flat fee to do it vs per tag. She acknowledged they may come back but said it usually takes 3-5 years to return. I can live with that. Original post: I should probably wait a bit longer to write this review, but I will update it once I have some results. The little V shaped holder for skin tags is kind of a PITA to use; unless your skin tags are in the lower half of your body, you probably need to have two people do this. Mine are mostly in my armpits and under my breasts. It says to use each applicator on only one skin tag, meaning you can only get up to eight, but I was able to use the same applicator without reapplying the product on three skin tags, since there was a lot of liquid inside the applicator. They haven’t come off as yet, but I’m still within the two week wait period. One thing I will say is that the areas that I did hit it with the applicator are still very sore three days after I applied it. I wasn’t expecting that; I thought it would hurt for a day so I’m not wild about trying this again. One of the skin tags I tried to remove was quite small and I got more skin than I intended to, and I’m hoping that heals up. The freeze part of it is no big deal; you hold it in place for 40 seconds. It’s the soreness afterward that’s more problematic for me. But if the skin tags actually do fall off within two weeks, I’ll consider it worth it.

Very Happy!
I was hesitant about this product! I used it exactly how the instructions said and it didn't work fast! But it did get the job done and it probably wouldve worked faster if I didn't use it how the instructions said! But I wanted to be safe. And it works Im very happy with the results! But if you buy it, Keep using the same sponge for a few times instead of throwing it after one use! Because if you do that you might not have enough to get the job done!

Useful
Trying this out to help with skin tags. And it is easy to use. Just one simple tool rather than applying several things to get rid of them

I was skeptical of this product as i wasted my money on another product sold to me by a Pharmacy, Applied for 5 days straight and my Skin Tag dried up and fall off itself! U have to be patient and apply it on all over tag to make it work! I may be painful for some bit for me its not even a pain. Its a liquid Nitrogen so be careful while applying it can burn ur skin.

It works but not painless. However, it is less painful than other ineffective methods which I had tried. Due to the shape of my long skin tag, it left about 5% of it which is too close to my body for applying this product further. Anyway, it looks far better now.

It does the job! I am pleased with how effectively this worked - would recommend for those that don’t want to visit a clinic. After one week of consistently using, it did the job. 👍

before purchasing, i went through reviews and bought the product, and unfortunately, with the first use, the skin tag inflamed, and i had to go to the hospital to remove them in a proper way as they were irritated. Maybe it is not working in all cases; it would be better to consilt with the doctor before use
