It’s effective and easy to use if one follows the instructions which I googled and will share for your convenience. You can follow the same for better results. 1. Soak legs for half n hour. 2. Pat dry foot. 3. Cut the seal as instructed. 4. Wear it and seal properly. 5. Gently massage your foot. 6. Leave the mask for 2/3 hrs if comfortable leave it overnight. 7. I don't care about anything if a product actually does what it's supposed to do. I didn't have any expectations because I just ordered it while surfing about how to heal cracked heels. But when I used it twice . Man oh man ! I was so amazed . I was so happy to see the end result I am not even kidding ! This really made my insecurities go away like that . I mistakenly used it twice in the same month but it did not gave me any side effects. Now I am using and experimenting on my mum and let's hope her badly damaged and cracked foot could be healed just like me . Fingers crossed. Loved this product.

My feet skin was so dry and ruff ,after 3/4 days used it and started peel of dead skin.now my feet are very soft.must buy product for remove dead skin.amazing result.
