I love my laptop! Since I bought it last year I haven't been decieved. It fell a few times but no scratch or issue with the processor. It works perfectly fine. Good value for your money!

I needed newer computers for home duties, and decided to order this Latitude 5420 from RUKN-TECH. This laptop should handle a few, concurrent, logged-in users without struggle. The laptop arrived within 1 week. It was well protected in its package and is in like-new condition: no visible signs of wear to speak of. All ports work (although I haven't tested the ethernet port yet.) Good screen quality, touchscreen works great, good speaker quality, good keyboard, touchpad, camera... Everything works, and no rattle! It upgraded to Windows 11 Pro with ease. The lone issue was the charger/power adapter, which didn't work at all. To the seller's credit, the charger is a genuine Dell unit which looked brand new -- still in its scratch-protective plastic wrapper. (It was probably faulty from the factory, and just never tested.) We had another charger on hand, so I was able to try/test the laptop anyway. I contacted RUKN-TECH about it; they responded within hours (on a Saturday!) and refunded the charger. Great service! I'm smiling as I write this review from the laptop itself. I'm very happy with this purchase.

I bought this bc it seemed like a great deal when a week before my fall semester my old laptop finally died for good. I got it today (classes start tonight) seems really nice turned it on and let it boot up then it starts beeping and blinking saying a critical error and the harddrive is not found. I call the sellers number on the card goes right to a generic voicemail everytime I call. I am very upset that I waited to get this and now I have to waste my time to return it because it doesnt work which is why I was leery of even buying this refurbished even in excellent condition but I only read the good reviews. Not good that you can't even reach the seller by phone or email. Will not buy from here again.

Looks and performs very well, as advertised. Set up and updates from my older laptop were seamless.

It's an okay little laptop. It works fine. Boots up quickly. Not too much bloatware on it. Very disappointed that it does not have the CD-R that the Amazon page said it would have. (I'm glad I got a screen shot or I would think I was mistaken.) The touchpad is a little loose on the right side and I'm not sure how long it will hold up. Be warned: it runs hot, even on a ventilated stand. It's okay but I wouldn't have bought it if I'd known there would not be the CD-R that was listed. Still thinking about returning it.

came with a lot of scuffs on the bottom, but other than that, its been a great laptop. battery seems pretty solid on it, and it is also touch screen that works well.

I purchased this product to replace another Dell laptop that had failed after 2 years (I think that it was a surge issue). Anyway, that left me wondering about buying another brand new computer or going the renewed route. I decided on Olive Computers because the price was right. I am glad I did. The laptop arrived in a well packaged unit. I plugged it in and xferred the files from my old laptop using a SSD enclosure. In less than an hour I was up and running as though the old Dell never crashed. Very happy with this product. If I had one complaint it would be that the warranty registration that was enclosed does not work, I have tried multiple times to register for the warranty and it always responds with a server error.
