Confused by the size chart, I'm female size uk5 which size would you recommend

Most insoles have the added featurte that they can be trimmed to fit your shoes. So do you do go for your size that ought to be perfect. Should they then not fit freely you could trim them at the top

I ordered a size 9 UK and it was correct. I looked at the conversion chart and it looks like you need a D (6-7.5)

Yes. If necessary trim to shape/size. I wear mine in wellington boots, trainers, slippers, steel toe-capped boots, walking boots and ordinary shoes.
