Great suit for the money. I usually wear an XL, but went with the 2XL. I'm 6'2", was 221lbs; BMI 28.2 (now down to 192lbs with a BMI of 19.2); it fits perfectly. I suggest wearing light spandex and a dry-fit shirt underneath. This is not a suit for stretching or doing things like lunges, etc. The interior sticks to bare skin; you will absolutely tear it. If you want to stretch and get a good sweat, wear winter spandex and a running shirt. Make sure to stay hydrated as you will sweat profusely. I usually drink organic coconut water while I workout using this suit. It's much better than water or sports drinks. I have no complaints; it's well-made and works as advertised. Would highly recommend.

Great sauna suit, from the top of your head to the bottom of your feet. Durable quality material.

☀️🔥WARNING! If you’re in the direct sun(90 degrees today) it will get REALLY PAINFULLY HOT ON YOUR BACK(a tshirt helps), but it’s Great for sweating! You’ll sweat almost instantly even inside just walking around doing chores!! The fit is true to size for me and appears to be well made.I would’ve given it a 5 if the back heat wasn’t an issue! Even my friend who ordered one felt the same way!

Make sure to order at least one size larger than your actual size because the sizes definitely run small. Other than that, the suit is very nice, trendy looking and does that job!
