Just set up 10ft bubble tent a few days ago, today was windy and it shifted a few feet. Would a 12ft be more sturdy in the wind?

this bubble tent comes with sandbags, stakes and guylines, all of them can strengthen the stability in windy days. and now we just have 10'x10' size, maybe we will have 12'x12' size in the future, thanks.

Does it have privacy side liners?

No, it's solid on the top only. For sun and light rain should not puddle at the top... due to being tapered. You can purchase 3 privacy sunshade clothes for $29 though. Or 6 even pieces, 2 sets.

It is comfortable for three teenagers on three cushioned chairs, though it is close quarters. It could probably fit four people if they really liked each other.

Can a small propane fire pit on low be used inside with doors opened?

I just purchased this item two weeks ago. You can absolutely run a propane pit inside without any issues. You will find with everything zipped up you will likely get too hot. It truly traps all the heat inside.
