My oral surgeon gave me a bottle to aid in healing after having two teeth extracted in preparation for implants. I used it multiple times a day and it was really helpful. I liked it so much that I placed this order for more. The low-key saltiness and mint is refreshing and helped keep everything clean.

I grabbed a two pack of this stuff right before getting my lip pierced, knowing I'd need it. I was expecting a horrible taste, but this stuff isn't bad. I read another review where someone commented that it's salty. Yea, no kidding. Which part of the word "Ocean" got you all confuzzled? It's saline...aka...salt...aka...ocean. It's supposed to be salty. But it's got that minty fresh flavor in there too. The two pack was a much better value than getting just one bottle and I was honestly surprised at how big the bottles are. They were sealed nicely too so no leaking occurred in shipping. Great for piercing aftercare. The H2Ocean brand is one I trust and one I've used for tattoo aftercare so I knew the brand well. Definitely suggest this!

Bought one of these after I had a dental issue that called for regular salt water rinse, and I loved it so much that it's become a regular order. A nice gentle rinse for when you don't necessarily need stronger alcohol based mouthwash. The Arctic Ocean flavor is my go-to, I've tried the lemon flavor too and didn't like it as much, it was a bit too fake lemon-y tasting to me. This one is brillliant!

Works very well. But stop and think about the taste of salt and mint at the same time.... It's a tough swish! Lol

Good mouthwash. Helps keep plaque under control and reduces cavities. Only issue is with the cap. It’s used as a cup to pour into before putting in mouth. The inside liner always comes off and exposes the adhesive. There must be a better design.

A dentist friend gave me advice to gargle with salt water. My oral health as dramatically improved since I started doing this. You do not necessary have to purchase this product, you can make it yourself, but I find this convenient and easy. I recommend everyone do it. (unless if you have conditions where excessive salt could cause health concerns).

Am giving 3 stars because I KNOW this mouth wash works well. I just can't stand the taste. I would go for the lemon version. Sent this version back.

These are expensive in the two-pack. If you have any kind of dental concerns, or mouth issues, this is a great product to use daily.
