First machine didn't work at all. Second was received damaged. But at least it's working so far. I don't know what to say

Best Dryer yet
The media could not be loaded. The dryer was delivered on time. The set up was very easy you do need to purchase the power cord as with most units. This is our first heat pump dryer and I am only saddened by not purchasing one earlier. The cycle does take a little longer than a regular dryer but well worth the extra time. The dryer runs super quiet and is very efficient. Our clothes feel different almost softer.
