This cushion is an absolute godsend! I have bad sciatica and find it hard sitting or standing for long periods of time as both make my back ache. This cushion is so comfortable I can now get more work done as I don't have to keep getting up to walk around to relieve the stiffness. Also with the extra support it has made it more comfortable when I do walk around. It's a great quality item and easy to remove and replace the cover after washing. I think it is definitely worth every penny and love that you can change the height of it too although I use it as it is because the height boost has also helped. Excellent product.

Comfortable cushion. A driving examiner commented it as a premium cushion when she saw it. She gave the pupil a pass. Not sure if it's related. :p Good to be able to adjust the height with the removable foam. Buy one if your car seat is low and cannot be adjusted. It saves your bum on long trips.

Comfy for my office chair but has an awful damp smell it's pretty bad seen other reviews say it aswell wierd because its vacuum packed

My Wife being quite short had a height issue in our new car as the couldn’t raise the seat high enough to suit her driving. As we couldn’t get anything locally we looked on Amazon. This was ideal and at a very good price . Quality cut firm foam inserts into a zippered outer material cover. Tapered at the back and was a very comfortable seat to sit on. Recommend.

This cushion seems to be of reasonable quality and it does provide some relief if used on a hard chair, such as a dining chair or computer chair. I wanted it mainly for use on our settee and that presents a few problems. My main reason for purchasing this cushion was to relieve coccyx pain. However, I find that the dimple in the back of the foam is not deep enough to fully relieve the pressure on my coccyx. I weigh 73 kg so I'm within the weight limit for the Medium cushion, maybe a firmer cushion would have been better? My best way to use this cushion is to sit back beyond the rear end of the cushion so that my coccyx is beyond the rear edge of the cushion but that means the foam contours are in the wrong places and so it's not comfortable for longer periods of sitting. I do find that the front edge of the cushion tends to put pressure on the backs of my thighs and that is soon uncomfortable. That was helped by removing the extra thickness of removable foam and also if I sit with my feet firmly planted firmly on the floor, although this is less comfortable than the more reclined posture that I tend to use. I may send the cushion back but I have only tried it for a few days so maybe I'll give it a bit longer. The box is sealed with a label that states that the product is unsellable if the seal is broken. It also comes vacuum packed, inside a tight-fitting carboard box so returning the item (with packaging) would become very difficult. I had considered buying a cushion that has a full cut-out at the rear to ensure that there could be no pressure on my coccyx but then I thought that the rear bridging foam would help the cushion to retain its shape better. I now think that a U-shaped cushion would be better for my specific needs. Another slight issue with this product is that the zipper for the cover has a metal pull-tag, positioned on the underside of the cushion. I am wary that the metal tag may damage our leather settee, or other delicate fabrics. It really could do with a cover over it or even a soft, pull-tag. This product may suit some people but if you have coccyx pain then I would suggest that maybe you should avoid this cushion. Maybe the vendor should consider keeping some of these opened, returned cushions for customers to try out somehow, before committing to a full purchase. Maybe a bit more hassle but it would mean less waste foam to contend with.

I've suffered from chronic back pain for over 20 years. The latest development is a herniated disc L5-S1 causing my left leg to alternate between quite sever sciatica and a tingling sort of sensation, which is disconcerting as it switches between the two quite randomly when I'm walking and I suddenly lose a lot of sensation in one leg. I've had a lot of trouble sitting comfortably recently so, after some browsing on amazon and comparing descriptions and reviews, etc between this and similar products, I bought this cushion. It's very comfortable to sit on, quite firm, but with a bit of gentle give. It's light so easy to move from seat to seat around the house when I'm doing different things. I've only had it a few days, but I've already got to the point where it's very noticeable whether I'm using this or not when sitting on a chair for even a short period. I also quite like that there's a removable, washable cover, and that you can take a layer of foam out to adjust the height if needed. If I continue to notice a positive difference while using it, I'll probably buy a second one, so I don't have to move it round quite so often.

Cushion arrived very quickly which was great. Comments have been made that it is too firm and whilst I agree it is firm, that is exactly what I wanted. I have found memory cushions too soft and they eventually flatten to provide very little support. My rather large posterior was a smidgeon to large for the car seat and as a consequence the seat frame covering plastic was digging into me. I have very long legs and I have always found my rh leg is not very supported regardless of what car I had. I initially thought that was the issue with my new car before I realised I needed a booster cushion. This cushion really does the job for me. I have taken the height adjuster foam out and it is pretty damm good. My only reservation is that for me I would have preferred it to be a little wider but that's probably only due to my size. I certainly would recommend this cushion
