Good value for money, pleasant taste. Can be a little much at first at vit d can cause dizziness initially. I would recommend building up to the full dose of 3 sprays over time.

Hate taking tablets so this is perfect. Slightly minty flavour but hardly noticeable so easy

Great stuff. 3 squirts a day for vitamin D that may be lacking due to being inside and not out in sunshine. Plus the vitamin K2 to protect against calcium build up and ensure that the body absorbs calcium in the correct way. £3 cheaper than Health Stores in the High Street.
