How can I order a darker gray color ? This does not match my other doors.

I could be wrong but I personally don't know of MOPAR ever making another color other than the silver/grey color. It could be that they are after market, painted, dirty, even have sun damage.

do these fit the back doors for a 4 door?

Yes they do, and fit like the OEM. The only problem was I had to paint to match the original. The closest paint I could find was Behr Premium Metallic, Soft Iron satin color. After painting them with this color I clear coated them with a compatible spray paint. I put 2 coats of each. I only replaced the driver side, front and back.
