the year on the recorder is 2000; was unable to change the date to 2025.
This is a piece of crap. Unable to set time for for recordings; the year is 2000; it is November 2025. What is the world? I would NEVER buy this again!!

Does what it’s supposed to do!
I was a little skeptical at first, since there was only one review and it was negative. I am happy that I chose this usb recording drive. The recording is clear, and the device is discrete. I was able to get the file to open and playback in clipchamp, however it would not open in windows media player. I will play around with it to see what other programs it’ll open in. This device worked right out of the box, without me having to format it first. Thank you to the seller!! Would purchase again.

Wrong color and TINY Loop attachment
Well, seems good, but they sent me another color (green) . And the Loop for a neck rope is ridiculously small. A tiny paperclip barely fits, and then I broke the plastic. Make a BIGGER LOOP at the end for god sake!

Will record but not play back sound files
This recorder makes a recorded *.wav file, but the resulting files will not open and play. Don't waste your money on this one.
